Job Search Secret - Sending a thank-you letter When You Do not Get the Job

It may sound crazy, but, yes, you should send a thank-you note if you do not select the candidate for the job. It is not a difference in their recruitment solution today but it can make a dramatic impact on future hiring decisions have.

I have a number of clients who had offered another position at the same company because they sent a letter of thanks. In some cases they were recruited, even for the same job, if the first choice does not. draw

Thank Unlike a normal letter, which spoke for all of you to go, this must be only on the decision-makers and / or the Human Resources Department representative you dealt with to leave. If the letter that you have will be signed by the HR person, as a thank you both. If it is signed by the hiring manager, you need only send a thank you note to that person.

So, what do you say in this strange kind of thank-you note? Basically, thank them for the test that youthe opportunity. Tell them something that you have been through the company or department you were as impressed. Let them know they want to keep in touch and I would like to be considered for future openings into account.

What does this get you in the long run? In addition to the possibility of a job in the future, have a contact you can follow up later in your career because you do not burn bridges.
