After coaching literally hundreds of executive clients and hosting over 3000 executive teleseminars it's easy for me to see the repeat traits of those clients who consistently rise to the top, find and win their dream jobs and meet their career goals. Here are three distinct traits that these super successful executives have in common:

Trait Number One: their mindset

These super successful executives seem to live in a world of their own. It's a world that they appear on the stimulus control in a meaningful way. As a very positive person, they seem to protect this attitude by limiting their exposure to negativity and negative thinking. Objectives are achieved, if not for themselves, they hang out "with people who tell them that their goals can not be achieved. Simple as that.

Trait number two: the enthusiasm

Does not apply if I feel great to love what you do? These leaders all shared a genuine passion for their work. They lovedthe challenge and the satisfaction of an expert in their field, while the best jobs they could. If these executives with potential new companies surveyed, their enthusiasm was contagious and captivating.

Trait Number Three: a sense of obligation

These leaders do not wait until things "just right" before they become active. Too much review and analysis of forward movement, and limited resources are spent this way is something foreign and uncomfortable for powerful executives. A healthy sense of urgency of an abundant amount of activities in job search.

Similarly, these successful executives did not know instinctively to a passive recipient role in their job search is increasing.
