The Yellow Pages ads, trade journals and Internet research will help to show the names of the places where you can develop your talent.
Everything begins with a list.
Prioritize the names of the companies that you want for the future of those responsible for the skills that you offer too simple contract work. Almost every company has a presence on theInternet with its own website. They are looking for the characteristics that had the most to you, whether it benefits, pay-training, salary, or a place close to home.
Sometimes it is about who you know.
Identify a list of contacts you have with each company. Include any source that you know, from the front desk of the CEO. The next list contains the names of neighbors, friends and relatives, people know your targeted company.
Put the lists byWork.
Contact all on your list to gather information and take down gently. Try to find out who the decision makers and will report to whom. Let the names and titles, and get phone numbers with extensions, if you can.

It is now common ground after you imagine. It also helps the demands of the gatekeepers whose primary goal is to filter out what you get. Ask to beQuestions that will tell you if and when open positions and what skills are needed. Whether you're talking to the decision maker or a person who knows the decision makers, both are valuable. Anyone with information may want more than the actual decision-makers share is inclined to do at the time.

If all goes well, ask for a 10-minute visit to discuss what could help the company. Do you submit your resume in advance oran appointment for a second phone call. The idea is to leave the conversation with something.
Do not Follow-up and perpetuate.
Sometimes everything falls into place with perfect timing, but not be disappointed if it does not. The key is to persist and continue exploring all possibilities. Follow up each call with a written thank you and remember to include your original sources of information about the list.
