3 Easy Steps to axing anxiety interview

For many people, the thought in search of employment and the job interview can cause much fear: butterflies in the stomach, dry mouth and sweaty hands. These are just some examples of how the body reacts to fear.

If the thought of a job interview or a job makes you look nervous, it is perfectly normal and you are not alone. They must learn to take it easy and quiet, and here are three (3) easy ways to do it: practice, prepare andRelax.

Practice: Like any skill, practice makes perfect. Many people make the mistake of "Winging it" or think of all the interviews are the same, except they are in job interviews. Yes, you can use the same interview from one to another, but there is no guarantee of same questions, the interviewer using the same method or the environment is warm and open or closed and limited. For the "unknown" successful, it must practice what we knowfrom previous interviews and learn about the strengths and weaknesses. Entry into role play with others or the recording of responses and results are good to play them in order to ease the fear. Use a camcorder, this will help you identify the negative body language (eg scratches, toying with a finger or stylus, etc.) and how to correct them before the interview.

Preparation is the key to an interview, instructions for the interview will be, will meet as manyInterviewer? And finding the right clothes. Have you chosen your dress, all materials are ready (eg, curriculum, documentation), and go forward to a restful sleep. Even if you do not get the job, be positive and learn from their experiences and how you can improve for next year.

Relax: practice some breathing exercises. This triggers a relaxation response that will soon be second nature to you. This forces the body to quit"Fight or flight" was in a state of good and quiet. Together with the breath, smiles and eye contact during a conversation will help you relax and positively with the environment for you and the interviewer.

After these three steps will give you a wealth of confidence and strength to go to an interview. They will be ready to handle your nerves and provide excellent solutions for the interviewer (s) questions.
