Why do people hate their jobs?

You hate your job? In this case, according to a recent survey by USA Today, you are not alone, not by a long shot. Percentage of U.S. workers do not hate their jobs, and even if it seems to be higher in many other countries, it is rather unfortunate considering all the opportunities and possibilities we have here in the U.S.. As someone who has always loved my job, this makes little sense to me, although when I ask people to speak becauseand are based on a better job, they say things like;

I can not quit my job because I lost my benefits
I can not quit my job, I have to pay the bills
I can not I quit my job because I have obligations, and my family.
I do not can leave their jobs because they are not qualified for, nothing else.
I do not dare stop because I need time to find a first job, they are replaced.

In reality, these are all good reasons, and some of the most common.I do not understand, because I've never had a job that I do not like have stopped, I could have never had a job, and where I want to be independent, and works for clients like I do not I shoot them, saying that I shot client at the earliest opportunity and not before, and immediately replace them with a better score.

The reality is that many people are not willing to take risks, do not want to give up their job because they get toemployees weekly salary, which spend the money before they do it, and have to pay the bills, because they are committed to earn money in the future. If you are caught, but the reality is that they have taken, there is no other defect.

In fact, we make all the decisions, and we must live with the decisions, and in general debt is a personal decision to lend money to people their credit cards, or a new car or house to buy, becausesave tired and waiting for them. Once they do, they are trapped in these bi-weekly or monthly salary.

People feel in control are the prisoners of hostility and anger, who feel their capture, such as work. But the reality is in turn captured and if they are frustrated or angry, they must cross with their own reflection and reflection at ' internal, rather than their employers, their work, their employees, orguaranteed income, which now governs their lives.

economic slavery is a choice, and you can not leave their jobs because of decisions you have made. Do not blame me, not the fault of society, and not the fault of the employer. Please note this.
